Love, an ocean?

In the basket of their arms,

their lips, two halves of a peach.

Soft sobs and moans a language,

they thought, never spoken by another soul.

A love so new and deep,

never plumbed in all time.

An ocean!

When I’m Gone

When I die, let laughter fill that void.

Forget my foolishness and

in that vacuum, let love flourish.

May love and laughter warm you with –

thoughts of good times spent together.

Of troubles overcome,

hazards braved,

anger conquered,

hate banished.

Go forward with love but

do not forget to laugh.

For in laughing we defeat meanness

leaving only the good.

The best of each of us.

Bovine

Large soft eyes and sleek skins.

Udders quiver pleasantly.

Hips swing.

Ponderous minds.

Rhythmic jaw movements;

sliding and rolling;

occasional bubbles!

How cow-like

gum chewers are.

Yellow

On grassy banks the Blue bells nod,

in welcome to a warming breeze.

While Butter cups; all a glow,

yell oh, we think that spring is here!
